Thurs Jul 3

Went to Boston Pop.
Rehearsal for tml independence day.
At Hatch Shell Memorial, The Esplanade.

The performance was mainly classical music.
Unlike s'pore where we'll have the parade & dancing.

Was so crowded.
Somemore stil got ppl cut queue >.<
And was raining!
But it stopped after ard 30min or less.

Seriously, i can't believe myself "squeezing" with ppl on this rehearsal day,
when i don't even bother to watch NDP at times =p

Since the curfew is at 1am, we planned to go pub.
However, some of us still haven't completed the reflection that's due tml,
so didn't go in the end.

Fri Jul 4

Independence Day!!
*Raising US flag*
hehe..

Freedom trail by ourselves.
If with tour guide, we gotta pay US$15.
So we decided not to.
Didn't complete the trail though.

Went to watch circus ;)
Whoa, it's amazing!
1st time watching it.

Different animals were performing.
Even tigers too!
Enjoyable :)

Smthg super funny happened!
One of the clowns claimed that he likes melissa's "wig"
LOL..LOL..
He even wanna take pic with her! HAHA..

Headed to Charles/MGH immediately after the circus.
To view fireworks!
Again, i ain't so keen in that in S'pore.
Dunno why it feels different here somehow =p

Anyway, we were there considered early to "chop" a place.
However, as the time goes, more & more ppl & some even chose to stand in front of us -.-

In fact, we shifted 3 times to get a good spot.
Like moved our stuff more & more ahead.

The fireworks are WOW!
20 mins :)
Nice, i like it!

We gotta walk all the way to Park Street,
which is ard 30mins walk.
The station near the firework was so crowded!

We were also rushing back to make it on time for movie 'Love Guru'.
Curfew at 1am, but movie was at 12.30am =p
So we returned dorm secretly.

I've actually dozed off a little while watching =p
Tired.

Sat Jul 5

Wrentham shopping ^^
Factory outlet.

We reached at ard 10.45am & shopped till 8pm.
Have been walking for the whole day!
Can you imagine there are 170 shops in total?!

The most crowded shop was Coach.
Long queue.
Bought some small gifts.
Still affordable =p

Guess what?
I bought it,
finally!!
(Guess bag!)

Actually wanna buy at least one item like shirt from each branded shop,
but kinda waste $$.
Coz i'll be paying for the sake of paying, which could be impulsive shopping.
Not good, not good..haha..

Had dinner cum supper at ard 12am.
Bathed & waited for my turn to microwave my instant oatmeal.
